The city of Verona is the subject of my urban photography.
In the images I create, not only iconic city monuments and places find space and relevance, but often also simple street objects.
My Verona is a magical place beyond time, made of desire, meditation, physical and mental solitude.
I use two digital cameras of different formats, a full-frame Sony α7R V and a medium format FUJIFILM GFX100 II. The constant search for new lenses to experiment with is an integral part of my creative process. I alternate Sony GM and FUJINON GF professional lenses with various artistic, creative and unconventional lenses (Lomography, Lensbaby, Meyer Optik Görlitz, Laowa, TTArtisan and others).

Unlike many others, I can't say that photography was my passion from the beginning. Rather, I knew nothing about photographs until I was blinded by the talent and beauty of a single person in the world who inspired me to look for a new way to express myself.
So I picked up a camera for the first time, because I wanted to tell her about my city and in the meantime also talk about myself, with an open heart.
Without even knowing it, she gave me the gift of photography. The only thing I can do in return is dedicate my photos to her.
I'm Antonio Foralosso, or campodisogni, which means "field of dreams".
I live in Verona, Italy.
My muse's name is Yoshikawa Ai-san.
